From the US, two reports from Automotive News last week on the same topic: first, NHTSA warned Tesla about using non-disclosure agreements to keep secret information about out-of-warranty repairs. The agency had learned last month that information about safety-related problems might be being suppressed this way, and announced that it was unacceptable. Then the next day it reported that Tesla was to clarify how customers may disclose problems, revising a nondisclosure clause in its customer repair agreements in response to NHTSA's concerns.
